Senior marketing,built around your challenge.
Every engagement is different. Some clients need a senior marketing leader embedded in their team. Some need a strategic partner for a specific challenge. Some need a defined piece of work done well. I work with companies at every stage, from startups to established global businesses.
I'll always be honest about which engagement is the right fit.
Fractional CMO
You need senior marketing leadership, without the full-time commitment.
I embed in your team as your Fractional CMO. Strategy, team leadership, and execution, part-time. I own the number from the inside, set the direction, and lead the function as if it were my own.
- Marketing strategy and planning
- Team leadership and mentoring
- Brand and demand, woven together
- Board and exec-level reporting
Marketing Advisory
You have a team, but the strategic thread is missing.
Senior outside perspective for founders and leadership teams. We sharpen positioning, set direction, and give your team something clear to execute against. Same senior thinking as a fractional engagement, lighter touch.
- Positioning and messaging
- Go-to-market strategy
- Demand generation direction
- Team and structure guidance
Project Work
You have a specific challenge that needs solving properly.
Defined-scope work, led end to end. Rebrands, launches, demand gen programmes, website overhauls. Clear scope, senior execution, no open-ended retainers dressed up as projects.
- Rebrand and messaging frameworks
- Product and market launches
- Demand gen programme build
- Website strategy and overhaul
Common questions, straight answers.
What is a fractional CMO?
A fractional CMO is a senior marketing leader who runs your marketing function part-time, setting the strategy, leading the team, and owning the outcome, without the long-term commitment of a full-time hire. It's one of three ways I work with companies. The others are marketing advisory, where I guide rather than lead, and defined project work. Which one fits depends on how much ownership you need me to take.
What's the difference between your Fractional CMO and Advisory engagements?
Ownership. As your fractional CMO I embed in the team and run marketing day to day: strategy, execution, team leadership, the function as a whole. As an advisor I work alongside your existing team on a specific challenge, sharpening strategy and giving direction, without taking the function over. Same senior thinking, different level of involvement.
How is a fractional CMO different from a marketing agency?
An agency executes; a fractional CMO leads. Agencies are built to run campaigns, content, or paid media well, but they need someone setting the direction they execute against. As a fractional CMO, or as an advisor, I provide that direction, making sure brand and demand pull the same way and that whatever the agency produces ladders up to the business goal. The two work well together; they're not substitutes.
When should I bring in a fractional CMO?
Usually when you've outgrown your first marketing hire and a full-time CMO isn't the right move yet. That tends to look like one of a few things: you're scaling and need senior strategic marketing support without investing in a full-time resource, or you have a junior team handling execution but need someone senior to set and guide the plan and strategy. The common thread is that you need leadership, not another pair of hands. If the gap is narrower, a specific challenge or a defined deliverable, advisory or project work may be the better fit.
How is this different from hiring a full-time CMO?
You get the same senior thinking and accountability without the long-term commitment or ramp-up of a full-time hire. A fractional engagement starts contributing in days rather than months, and it flexes: you can scale my involvement up or down, or move between fractional, advisory, and project work, as your needs change.
Do you work with HR tech, payroll, and SaaS companies specifically?
I work primarily in B2B, with my deepest sector experience in HR tech, payroll, enterprise SaaS, telco, and professional services. Whatever the sector, the lens is B2H, business to human. I've led marketing across these markets at companies like Telstra, Alight Solutions, and Strada, and I bring that pattern recognition to founders and leadership teams at every stage.
Do you work with companies outside Barcelona or Spain?
Yes. I'm based in Barcelona and already work with clients across other parts of Europe, as well as globally. Engagements run remotely, with in-person time where it adds value.
Which of your three services is right for me?
Three ways in. A fractional CMO if you need a marketing leader embedded in your team part-time. Advisory if you have a team but need senior outside direction on a specific challenge. Project work if you have a defined piece, like a rebrand, a launch, a demand gen programme, or a website overhaul, that needs doing properly. Not sure? Tell me what you're working on and I'll give you a straight answer.
