Marketing Advisory

You have a team, but the strategic thread is missing.

You have capable people. But marketing is reactive, positioning isn't sharp, and no one is owning the big picture. You need a senior outside perspective, someone who can see what's not working, ask the questions your team has been avoiding, and give everyone a clear direction to execute against.

I work with companies of all sizes, from fast-growing startups to large enterprises, as a strategic advisor. Structured engagements or ongoing advisory retainers, depending on what gives you the right level of senior input.

What this covers
  • Marketing audits and diagnostics
  • Brand strategy and positioning
  • Messaging and positioning frameworks
  • Go-to-market strategy
  • Demand generation strategy
  • Digital marketing strategy
  • Ongoing advisory retainer
Engagement model

Project-based or monthly advisory retainer. Scoped to the problem and the level of input you need.

Best fit

Founders and leadership teams who have marketing in-house but want a senior outside voice on strategy and direction.

Is this the right fit?

Quick answers before you reach out.

What's the difference between advisory and Fractional CMO?

Ownership. As your fractional CMO I embed and run marketing day to day. As an advisor I work alongside your existing team on a specific challenge, sharpening strategy and giving direction, without taking the function over. Same senior thinking, different level of involvement.

Who is advisory for?

Founders and leadership teams who already have marketing people in seats but need a senior outside voice. You want someone who can see what's not working, ask the questions your team has been avoiding, and give everyone a clear direction to execute against.

What does an advisory engagement look like?

Either a structured project (a strategy sprint, a positioning workshop, a go-to-market plan) or an ongoing monthly retainer where I'm available for leadership input, reviews, and team support. We scope it to the problem.

How quickly can we start?

Usually within a week or two of a first conversation. Advisory engagements are lighter to set up than fractional ones because I'm not embedding in the team.
